Welcome to the Verabooking Admin Portal, also referred to as the Front Desk. This portal is your central hub for managing your hotel's operations, reservations, and foundational business settings.
Accessing the portal: Log in securely through the unified Qunnovera Portal. The sections below provide a high-level overview of what is available in the Admin Portal.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides an at-a-glance snapshot of your property's performance, including hotel revenue statistics and daily booking information.
Hotel Profile
The Hotel Profile is the core configuration area for your property's identity, compliance, and financial setup. It contains general hotel information, payment gateway details, booking client customization options, invoice configuration, and KYC information. Bookings
The Bookings area is a dashboard for viewing current reservations and creating new bookings. Use the Booking Guide to create a booking, understand its details, and carry out daily booking tasks.
Rooms Section
Manage your physical inventory by creating Room Types and Room Units.
Services
Use Services to create guest offerings, including room add-ons such as breakfast and standalone services such as sightseeing tours.
Price Matrix
Use the Price Matrix to configure dynamic price calculations for days of the week or selected date ranges.
Tax Rates
Configure Tax Rates for price ranges or item types to support accurate billing.
Staff
Use Staff Management to add users to your hotel and assign roles such as Admin, Front Desk, or Room Service.
